FIXTEC has more than 10 demolition hammers with different functions, covering power options from 1100W to 2000W, and the maximum power can reach 3850bpm. These tools have different weights and sizes, including 6kg light models suitable for tile removal, grooving, small demolition and 30kg neutral models suitable for demolishing walls, breaking roads, etc.
To enhance the performance and durability of the demolition hammer, we have equipped it with a constant response circuitry. This system ensures soft-start, making acceleration smoother and reducing initial jerk or sudden shock. It also helps to maintain a constant speed under heavy load conditions, ensuring stable power and performance even when crushing hard materials. In addition, the circuitry provides overload protection to prevent the tool from overheating, thus extending the service life of the motor.
Each demolition hammer uses a reinforced alloy body, making it strong yet lightweight and able to withstand the rigors of heavy-duty applications. At the same time, our jackhammer is equipped with an advanced anti-vibration system, an ergonomic main handle and a 360° rotating auxiliary handle, and a shock-absorbing ring on the handle to provide better control, reduce fatigue and improve operating comfort.

Demolition hammers are high-intensity construction tools. Their safety and reliability must be guaranteed to the highest degree. FIXTEC has an experienced QA/QC team to strictly control the quality of each product to ensure that it remains safe and stable under excessive use and extreme conditions, and to ensure that each product complies with international standards such as CE, GS, etc.
In order to make it easier for customers to use and purchase, FIXTEC equips the demolition hammer with commonly used accessories. These accessories include: chisels of different shapes, oil pots, carbon brushes, wrenches of oil hole, hex wrenches, etc. They are packed in a BMC hard case together for easy transportation and carrying. At the same time, we provide OEM customized services for you. You are free to custom the performance, logo, accessories, packaging and so on.
Designed for high-speed demolition, the FIXTEC demolition hammer is equipped with a double anti-vibration system to effectively reduce fatigue, and a grease lubrication system to cool the mechanical parts and extend the service life. Dust-proof ball bearings minimize friction and increase durability, and the unique chisel rotation system allows easy adjustment of the hammer strike position for excellent flexibility. Driven by a high-torque, dust-proof motor, the FIXTEC drill is ideal for demanding construction sites. The Vario-Lock positioning system allows you to rotate and lock the chisel in 12 different positions, ensuring the perfect working angle for chiseling, breaking and demolition tasks. Durable and high-performance. Choose a FIXTEC demolition hammer that can help you tackle a variety of demolition challenges.
The demolition hammer only has the hammering function and no rotation. It is specially used for breaking walls and demolishing the ground. The rotary hammer combines the rotation and hammering functions. It can drill holes and do light demolition.
Before using an demolition hammer, wear goggles, gloves and earmuffs. After installing a suitable chisel head and connecting the power supply, hold the handle firmly with both hands, aim the chisel head at the construction surface and start the machine. Let the demolition hammer apply force by itself without strong pressure. After use, turn off the power supply and wait for the chisel head to cool before disassembling and cleaning.
High daily construction intensity: Lubricate once every 4-8 hours
Medium frequency of use: Lubricate once before or after work every day
Intermittent use: Check lubrication before each use and add oil if necessary
